What are "The No Flare Square"® tiles?
"The No Flare Square"® tiles are an alternative to conventional lava rocks that are designed to reduce grease flare-ups and provide even heating of the grill surface. The use of "The No Flare Square"® tiles will reduce fuel consumption.
How much area will one box of "The No Flare Square"® tiles cover?
Each box of "The No Flare Square"® tiles contain 28 individual tiles that measure 3" x 3". One box will cover 250 square inches of grilling surface. (Will cover an average size grill.)
How long do "The No Flare Square"® tiles last?
"The No Flare Square"® tiles will last 5-7 years (under normal usage).
Do I need to clean the tiles?
"The No Flare Square"® tiles are self-cleaning. When the tiles start to have a grease build-up on them, you can simply turn the tiles over and let the burner flames clean off any residue. BE SURE THE GRILL IS COOL BEFORE YOU FLIP TILES OVER! (Under normal usage, tiles can be flipped once a year, if desired.)

Do you charge sales tax?
Orders from the state of Ohio are subject to a 5.75% added sales tax. States other than Ohio are charged no sales tax.
What method of shipping do you use?
Orders are shipped via UPS ground delivery.

It is our policy to provide you with the most comprehensive product. Our policy is to assure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We offer a 100% money back guarantee within 15 days with the following necessary exceptions:
All returns, other than damaged goods or incorrect shipments, are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer must pay return freight charges. Refused shipments will also be charged 15% re stocking fee and will credited less freight fee.
Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and unused and resalable condition. All items requiring manufacturer's warranty repair or replacement must be handled directly through the Distinctive Culinary Concepts, Ltd. Please contact us prior to returning to obtain an R.O. number. Upon receipt of returned goods accompanied by an R.O. number, we will evaluate them and report our findings to you.
