Spicy Nacho Dip
1 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp Sweet Heat Rub & Grill
1 can bean dip (we used Frito Lay)
small jar of taco sauce (any degree of heat)
2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Mexican, or colby-jack)
Preheat oven to 350° F
Brown the beef and drain off fat.
Put the beef into a 13 x 9 baking dish.
Stir bean dip with Sweet Heat Rub & Grill and taco sauce.
Layer bean dip mixture on top of beef.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve with nachos.
