Key Lime Crab Dip

 

8 oz. cream cheese

3 oz. canned crab, drained

1 Tbsp. Key Lime Jerk seasoning

Hot Pepper sauce to taste

1 Tbsp. lime juice

 

In medium saucepan, melt cream cheese over medium heat.

Add crab meat and stir.  Stirring constantly so mixture doesn’t scorch.

Add hot sauce to taste and then add the lime juice.

Cook up bubbling.

Serve mixture in a fondue or small crock pot to keep warm.

Scoop onto sourdough bread chunks, pretzels, or crackers.
