Sweet Orange Habanero Chicken In Mushroom Sauce

 

4 boneless chicken breasts

⅓ cup oil

2 shallots

10 large mushrooms

2 Tbsp. Sweet Orange Habanero seasoning

3 cups heavy cream

cup butter

 

In large frying pan, heat oil and then brown the chicken breasts.

Add Sweet Orange Habanero seasoning and fry another minute per side.

Add mushrooms, shallots, and cream.

Bring to boil and then reduce heat to simmer for 20 minutes.

Take chicken out and continue to simmer sauce until thickened.

Swirl the butter into the sauce.

Pour sauce over chicken.
