12 Large Shrimp - peeled & de-veined
8 oz. Pork Sausage
3 cups Chicken Broth
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 Bay Leaves
2 tsp. Hot Pepper Sauce
8 oz. Chicken Sliced
1 cup uncooked White Rice
¼ cup each of diced celery, green peppers, and onions
¾ cup chopped tomatoes
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. Cape Cod Seafood Seasoning
Salt & Pepper
Oil as needed
Heat oil in a large frying pan.
Sauté shrimp, then sausage, then chicken, removing each as they are cooked.
Deglaze pan with a bit of chicken broth.
Add more oil if necessary & sauté celery, green peppers, and onions until the onions are opaque.
Add garlic, tomatoes, bay leaves, and Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and Cape Cod Seafood Seasoning.
Stir in the rice and add the rest of the broth.
Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is tender.
Add the meats back in and season with salt & pepper.
Cook for an additional 10 minutes.
