Pulled Pork


1 Chuck roast or any meat roast at least 2 lbs.


3 Tbsp. Hickory Bacon Pork Rub

1 Can Coke (12 oz.)

11 oz. Ketchup


  1. Sauté roast in oil until browned on all sides.

  2. Rub Hickory Bacon Pork Rub on all sides.

  3. Simmer in coke & ketchup until tender (this can take hours depending on your cut of meat) and starts falling apart.  (May need to add extra coke or water occasionally to keep it moist and covered)

  4. Use a long handled spoon to help it fall apart.

  5. Serve on buns or over mashed potatoes.
