Texas Mesquite Jerkey Without A Smoker Or Dehydrator

 

1 Tbsp. Texas Mesquite Rub & Grill

¼ cup soy sauce

¼ cup Worcestershire sauce

1 ½ lbs. sirloin or London broil cut into 1/8” strips (you can have the butcher slice meat for you)

 

  1. Preheat oven to 200° F

  2. In Medium bowl combine Texas Mesquite Rub & Grill with soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.

  3. Place meat slices in mixture and coat well.

  4. Place meat slices onto 2- 10”x 15” baking dishes in a single layer.

  5. Bake at 200° F for 8 hours.
