Kansas City Burgers

1 lb. lean ground beef

cup ketchup

1 Tbsp. Kansas City Grill Seasoning

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

4-6 slices cheddar (optional)

Hamburger buns

 

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl. 

  2. Shape into 4-6 patties. 

  3. Grill patties over medium heat 4-6 minutes per side. 

  4. Add cheese slices to each burger and cook 1 minute more. 

  5. Remove from grill.

  6. Toast buns on the grill, open side down for about 30 seconds.

  7. Place burgers on buns and serve with favorite condiments.
