Korean Barbecue Marinade Sauce

1/2 cup Soy sauce
1/4 cup Rice vinegar (not seasoned)
1/3 cup Chopped Scallion
2 Tbl Sugar
2 Tbl Minced Garlic
2 Tbl Minced Peeled Fresh Ginger
1 Tbl Asian Sesame oil
1 tsp Asian Chili sauce

Stir together sauce ingredients, use with beef and pork.
